Description
We are looking for Part Time Line Cooks that can perform various tasks in the kitchen, preparing food and ingredients, operating and cleaning kitchen equipment such as grills, ranges, food warmers, mixers and other equipment. Schedule is flexible, looking for nights and weekends.  Candidates will maintain recipe/menu specifications, work on plate preparation, uphold sanitation standards and report to the Executive Chef.



Responsibilities
  • Preparing appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts
  • Cooking on hot line during lunch or dinner
  • Communicating clearly with service staff
  • Maintain customer service standards
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years experience in cooking
  • Experience with grilling and saute'
  • Effective verbal communication
  • Ability to work well with others
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
